Hello

We are a newly formed embroidery business with a growing customer base. We offer high quality photo stitch designs on various items, and are having numerous requests for a service to create a photo stitch design of customers pets etc.

Is this a service you are able to offer?

The majority of our customers are likely to require only 1 item with their design on, so cost is the deciding factor (and then quality). After discussions with a number of customers, the price they would expect to pay would be around 10 pound sterling extra for their own design. I appreciate that this is a low figure. We would not look to make any profit on this service, as it is expected to increase our sales and profits on the garment and embroidery service substantially.

The designs we use, amongst others, for dogs are from Advanced Embroidery Designs. These are the kind of quality and size our customers expect.

Please give an indication of your costs for such designs, perhaps based on an expected quantity per year to "fix" a price? It is anticipated that a modest regular requirement will be needed throughout the year, with a marked increase in the month or so approaching Christmas, and large demans (1000+ designs?) 2 to 3 times per year as we attend large exhibitons.
